The story is like reading straight from scripture and today's headlines as well.

Joel Rosenberg has once again written a real page turner. I love all his books so far. I plan to buy the rest of his sets and any future ones I see.

As always, the characters are real and likeable. The plot moves faster than the helicopters he uses to get them out of messes. Can't wait for the next one.

The sequel to The Last Jihad does not disappoint, its a page turner that keeps your attention riveted. Only one thing drags the story down a bit, that is the ongoing dialogue about the "peace plan" that gets mired in details that seem unimportant to the story. I hope I'm wrong. On to the Ezekiel Option!

I've never enjoyed political thrillers, but this author is a fantastic writer as well as very educated about the subject. I could not put this book down once I began reading it. I felt like I was actually seeing it happen as I read. I could not wait to purchase the rest of his books and I'm having the same experience with them. I also gave the set as a gift to some people at Christmas. These books are intelligently written, really make you think and, although they are fiction, they are relevant to events happening in our world now. I especially appreciate the author not equivocating on the gospel message and it's importance to us, and his love and understanding of the Middle East people and customs.

I have read this book many times as well as the rest of the series and it still holds my attention when I re-read it. This author really knows how to write and draw you into the book.

To the reviewer below:If you're not looking for end times, then why did you purchase and read this book??? That's your reasoning for a bad review? The reason why the middle east is to look bad in the end times, is because, well, IT IS. It's in prophecy. So if you don't like this sort of book, then don't read it. The book was well written and I'm glad to see a christian book on the NY Times list.

Zionist PropagandaI can't figure out why this book would make it to the New York Times best seller list except for the fact that it sold a certain magical number of copies. I enjoyed some of the action scenes and I really tried to get into the plot but that was not possible. First of all I was put off by all the one-sided anti-Palestinian, anti-Muslim propaganda. In this book with few exceptions all the Americans and Israelis were the good guys and only the Muslim world and in particular the Palestinians were the bad guys. Come on, please show a little more respect for some of us Americans, we are not all hoping for the End Days and a return of the Messiah. Some of us just want to enjoy a good fiction story that is credible and is not pregnant with sound bites from fox news or Michael Savage's program. We all know that the Israelis are occupying land that is not theirs and that Israelis have been involved in numerous terrorist events such as the bombing of the King David Hotel and violent, deadly invasion of their neighbors. If you want me to get into your story, try to do a little more research and put a bit more of the truth into it, otherwise it comes across as just another disinformation publication and in which case it definitely does not deserve the accolades it has received.

As excellent as The Last Jihad. Being a christian and taught about the troubles that we will face, these books "feed" my interest in how and what we may face. Pure thrill.

Ever since I picked up a mass-market copy of The Last Jihad @ a Goodwill,I've been trying to find all I can by Rosenberg. This is a great book! If it hadn't been for some of this stuff having already happened, you'd think that it could happen right now!It takes you into the heart of Palestine and the battle with the Israelis on the Gaza Strip. If your a fan of the end-times or international intrigue fiction, like me,then this book is definitely for you,and you'll enjoy it!
