I thought there we a couple examples that were very basic however there were others that really spoke to me. The author shares a lot of experience to get her point across which were helpful but at times seems a bit much. She does make it so you understand what she is teaching. Overall I was pleased with this purchase and would recommend it.

What a wonderful book! Sheila shares her story and as she does, I feel like she's sharing mine, a tremendous lift to my spirit as she speaks out her pain and the emotions that run alongside. Most importantly, the Scriptures that speak back to her from the Word of God, His assurance, His love, His acceptance towards her, and the testimony of how He helps her overcome her trials because of her victory in Christ. An excellent listen, the parts that speak to you can be played over and over again on the CD's!

I purchased this cd series solely because of the title. Initially, I thought that it would be geared toward women who are dealing with clinical depression. However, I was blessed from the introduction to the conclusion with scriptures, insight, and encouragement about one thing...trusting God in all things and at all times. It was also a beautiful reminder that all of us have something to offer to God that will bless and encourage others. I have suggested it to other women and plan to plant my copy in someone else's life.

I really enjoyed this book! It gave me so much encouragement and so many things to ponder. I've listened to it twice already and I'm sure I'll pull it out again in the near future! It was really cool to know that Sheila Walsh reads the book herself too. So you know that every inflection was meant to be there and you really hear the passion behind what she is trying to say.
