I have this and it is very interesting. I love how it tells you the book and chapter to go along with the devo. I also love how it has the quote in the margin. It can sure give a lot of info for you to think about and to apply to your life.

June 2008 my husband passed away. Feeling isolated and alone I turned to this devotional for comfort and the means to rebuilding my relationship with GOd. It was a year of transformation for me, I bought many copies this year as Chirstmas gifts hoping that in some way they could be as uplifting and encouraging as it was for me, I am on day 13 of 2010 devo and want to thank you for being there.

I'm a newer Christian, and I love this devotional. Every day has a little bit for everyone. Recommended Bible reading; discussion of the Bible reading, a Bible verse (good memory verses), and secular quotation, and application to your daily life. Sometimes when I can't sleep at night, I just thumb through and read a few pages.Plus I LOVE the leather-like cover - would make a great gift. This is the perfect format for me, and I will order others by this author.

This is a very insightful and thought provoking book. It includes scripture readings and quotes that correspond to the day's topic. It is great as a personal gift to yourself or to others. It will bring a full year of getting to know Him better. I would highly recommend this devotional book.
