I ordered two of these Bibles because my 4 and 5 year old boys are beginning to read, and wanted their own Bibles. We are reading the ICB version for Evening Worship, and they understand it just fine. I was hoping I could find an ICB with a plain cover, and larger print. This cover was the only one available with the "large print". I wish it were larger print yet, as this is not very much larger than a regular print Bible. For beginning readers, it is much easier to read and track lines with larger print. I would be willing to pay more for larger print.
I was pleased with the realistic artwork in the Bible: much more than the "new video-generation" illustrations offered also. Overall, the boys are pleased with their Bibles, but would like them to be in larger print, with more space between lines.
