I bought this bible as a Christmas present for my hubby. He's into Japanese art and manga books. There are sections that are full of manga art- more importantly they are bible based! He loves it and brings it to service with him every Sunday. I would buy this bible for anyone interested in manga and anyone who like to read the bible in plain English. Enjoy!

I bought this Bible for my Daughter when she was visiting me here in the USA. She comes from Germany. She loves the Bible and the drawings and eveything. My daugher likes Manga and I was hoping that she likes to read the Bible then more. And I was right.

My granddaughter was disappointed that there were not more drawings. She also mentioned that there are better artists doing this kind of drawings.I was disappointed to see how small the print of the text was.But she took it home with some interest.

This is a very wonderful manga bible, but there just isn't enough manga to call it that. I think there should be more manga stories in there, like the manga Messiah. That would be really awsome.

I've noticed that one thing about, not just mangas, any kind of book is the joy of the anticipation of waiting for the next book to come out. Here you have the whole manga bible in a nutshell, which is the reason why I had doubts of buying this. The Manga Bible published by zgraphicnovels is in series, so thats why I bought it. Plus, like Jacob said, the color kind of took away the feeling of the manga.

Im sorry, but Im pretty picky w/ manga. the art was good, but the one thing that bothered me the most was color. Not that it wasn't good, but it just kind of messed up the feeling of it being Manga. the art WAS manga, so Il give you credit for that.
