I did not find this tremendously helpful with the population that I work with...people who have anger management issues. Not enough "meat" to the book....didn't take a lot away - pretty much "standard" thoughts

This book contains good tips to get yourself moving through situations that might have become frustrating. I think some of the insights sound "new" in the sense that this is not just a rehash of already "well worn" information. It is a quick and probably useful read.
