This video is a wonderful explanation of common issues non-believers have with Christianity. It is useful, demonstrating how to avoid polarization and churchy language. I have used it with multiple groups and all have found it informative and engaging.

I was expecting some well thought-out answers to some big questions... Perhaps even some unique perspective on the conclusions most Christians have already reached on these questions. Instead I watched non-Christians offer their predictable views on the various subjects. This was then concluded by Mr. Keller finishing by offering his less than engaging points to ponder.

I used this material this past summer with a small group of young adult Christians. We were captivated by the video segments, and we had a difficult time cutting off the discussions each night. What I find especially helpful in this presentation is how Keller modeled an uncompromising and yet very gracious witness style that quickly created a sense of safe environment for his participants to share their objections. It was fascinating to see the members of his group warm up to Keller, and become increasingly less defensive and more open to consider what Keller had to say. I can't say enough good about this material. We decided to continue meeting with another of Keller's series.

The informal round table with "nominal Christians" atheist, agnostics and non-Christians works well. Timothy Keller knows how to patiently draw questions from the group that believers will encounter on an everyday basis. At the end of every 30 min. session Tim Keller is able to accurately sum up the objections raised by the group and address them in a God honouring way.
