Another one of Karen Kingsbury's great stories of ordinary people dealing with life & what God has in store for them And how the do or don't deal with them. A few topics that I'm greatfull to God that I haven't had to deal with in my lifetime. Great read!!!!

A very touching story of a young couple in love and parents who think they are to young to know love. The first story was sad and I cried but then became happy as things began to work out. The second story is very sad in parts but you want to keep reading to see if there is a happy ending.

This author has the ability to to stimulate a persons thinking and bring out different views about some touchy situations. The hook into the story keeps the interest going and in some ways very instructive and insightful. I couldn't put it down.

This is a wonderful two-in-one book written by an outstanding writer who knows how to keep a story moving, how to keep the reader involved, and how to touch hearts. I enjoyed this book so much that I bought one as a gift for a friend.

KK writes in such a way that is hard to stop at a chapter and not begin the next. When you have 2 books like this you just flow right into the next one as if it were one big book. I wish her books were made into Hallmark movies for TV!

I truly enjoyed reading Even Now. It was like a breath of fresh air after reading a work of lesser quality. The writing style is well developed, the main characters are engaging, and the plot keeps you reading. Even Now presents the intensity and the challenges that can accompany young love. Readers can sympathize with Lauren and Shane and agonize with their struggles as well as that of their parents. This novel presents the painful consequences that can result from our choices as youth and as parents.

Great read! Karen has such a way of pulling you in, you feel like you are a part of the story! This is a great book, honoring the sacrifice of our armed forces. It will bring you laughs and tears. So well written, the love captured in each page. I could barely put it down!!!
