Regal Chasing the Dragon - eBook

Inside of Hong Kong was the infamous Walled City. Strangers were not welcome there. Police hesitated to enter. It was a haven of filth, crime and sin. Prostitution, pornography and drug addiction flourished. Jackie Pullinger had grown up believing that if she put her trust in God, He would lead her. When she was 20 years old, God called her to the Walled City. She obeyed. And as she spoke of Jesus Christ, brutal hoods were converted, prostitutes retired from their trade and heroin junkies found new power that freed them from the bondage of drug addiction. Chasing the Dragon tells the whole amazing story exactly as it happened.

What an inspiration it is to read of the adventures and accomplishments of one young woman, sold out to Jesus! Through her unselfish giving and her complete dependence on the Holy Spirit, God has changed the lives of thousands of people who were chained by sin and addiction. It's impossible to read this book and walk away unchanged. Jackie's candor and humility remind us all of our call to drastic discipleship!

For truth to close to the bone, read this chilling truth, about a girl, stepping like Peter out of a boat, in faith......and experience what happens when you realise Jesus is your only hope!

Christians like Jackie Pullinger remind us that with God nothing is impossible. This book is a treasure, her story inspiring and yes, it is hard to read about the type of depravity that existed in the Walled City, but Jesus died for the drug addict and the prostitute too. Her story is valuable because drug addiction is still rampant in the walled city of our neighborhoods and we are the ones to give the message that set the captives free.
