Dawn5 Stars Out Of 5June 9, 2010DawnI just happened to grab hold of this book from my bookshelf, as I had it a really long time. But when I started to read it, I definitely could not put it down. And the emotions... they kept coming out from smiling to crying back to smiling. Had to get online to order the other two books in the series. Great work! God Bless.

Patricia Coley5 Stars Out Of 5January 27, 2010Patricia ColeyI have read most everything Karen Kingsbury, Terri Blackstock, Dee Henderson, several of Angela Hunt's books especially Karen. I loved reading these authors books. However, I have read so much about the Baxter Family that I am really really tired of hearing about them. I am not trying to be unkind, I'm just bored with hearing about them. I wish Karen would go in another direction totally than sequels to the Baxters. I haven't bought one of her books in over a year now because I would love something new from her. I also am a young 61 year old wife and mom who still works a full time job, who loves to be fashionable, is in love with my husband after 43 years, loves my two daughters, their husbands and my precious three grandchildren and my hobby and relaxtion thing is reading. I also am a Christian and that's why I buy most of my books from Christian Book Stores. Why can't authors (including Karen) write something romantic with the middle to later year olds. We still love to dance, kiss, hug and do all those romantic things that younger couples do. Write something other than about 20 and 30 year olds. It would be nice to buy something like that about couples, family, romance, occupations etc. I think the best book or at least it is at the top of the list was "A Time to Dance". Please write something like that again. Thank you.
