Even though it is fiction, this series keeps you thinking not only thinking about what is gonna happen to the characters in the story, but about our relationship with Christ. This series is a must read!

Since Nicolae is the third book of the series in "Left Behind" it makes you want to continue from the first of the series and buy more to complete your library so that you may share the book with other's. The charactors are not real but the phropecies prodicted in the "Holy Bible" Are true book one starts when "Christ" comes back to the earth to gather his children (believers in Christ) home to heaven, otherwise known as the "Rapture" people will disapear and distruction will happen,, as accident's example: one will be in the field and the other is taken, this will be world wide it will be a chaotic time with people looking for loved one's, all news, television news casts, will be reporting missing person's, No automobile driver, car crashes. No pilot, plane crashes. Fire's with smoke, flames. After this happen's families and all people will have to make the choice to follow "God" and believe in him, or The Antichrist, doomed with the pit of hell. "Nicolae" don't miss it, and Don't be "Left Behind.

I enjoy all the Left Behind novels. Also they are Biblically accurate, because of the Bible prophecy knowledge of author LaHaye.

This third book in the "Left Behind" series is an awesome read! If you've read the first 2, you've definitely got to read them all. And if you've seen the 3rd movie, please be aware that movie did not follow the book/s at all! This book continued where the last one left off and made me so excited for Jesus' return, making me want to dig deeper into my bible.
The plot is good, the good characters are likeable, the evil characters hate-able (Nicolae is so much more creepy in this book than in any of the movies!), and it stays as true to God's word as possible... if you're a pre-millenial rapture kinda believer. Even if you don't know where you stand on that issue, this book is still a must read. It's not only good entertainment but is also very thought-provoking whether you believe this it the way it will all happen in the end or not. Any book in this series is a great gift for a non-believer, too.
The reading level is pretty low, I'd say, which is why I give it 4 stars. However, the low reading level can definitely be a good thing considering that people who don't often read can be drawn into this story and become hooked. My mom read this book and she never reads! In that case, I was glad for the writing style.

The third book in the best-selling Left Behind series starts off energized with a meeting of Nicaolae Carpathia and leading character Rayford Steele. Explosions rock the world that is becoming more desolate by the hour. The now newly formed Tribulation Force gains momentum and members right in the stead of Carpathia’s rising empire. Other Trib members, an Israeli Tsion Ben-Judah, and Buck Williams, work to instruct and unify the members, and watch as another seal is broken under the wrath of God.
This was a book I reviewed for Tyndale House Publishers.

As Nicolae Carpathia rises to absolute power, the Tribulation force keeps tabs on him through Rayford and Buck. Rabbi Tsion Ben-Judah has shocked the world by claiming that his years of study has led him to the final conclusion that Jesus really is the Messiah the Jews had been waiting for. His life in danger, he has gone into hiding. Two supernatural witnesses have appeared in Jerusalem. They preach the Gospel for hours at a time, but no man can harm them. Anyone who tries to doesn’t have time to regret it. The prophesied 144,000 begin to rise and spread the Gospel under the teaching of Ben-Judah. Waters run red with blood, and the great earthquake rocks the entire planet.
What’s great about these books is that, though there are many, the sub-plots never get confusing or overbearing. You get to follow several of the characters from their points of view without ever feeling lost. The characterizations are wonderful. They come to life so easily that you will have no trouble feeling for them, or hating them in some cases. This is probably one of the most important pieces of literature for the Christian world, but the truth is, even without that stamp of importance, it’s great literature! This is a great story with great characters, and everyone should read it.

Nicolae is an engaging read that is hard to put down. The character of Nicolae Carpathia is becoming more and more familiar as the Antichrist. It would be extremely hard to live during this time, especially for those Christians who have discovered the true nature of Nicolae. It was hard for me to read about his double life of faking compassion one minute and acting callously toward those who were suffering the next without getting extremely angry. With shocking events and unexpected outcomes in every book, I cannot wait to find out what happens next.

I was scared out of my mind by this book. There is so much going on and Nicolae could not get more evil! I look at all of the earthquakes going on in the world and I always think of this book. The story will make you really think about what your beliefs are where your loyalties really lie in regard to God. The way Jerry Jenkins wrote the story too it is so easy to picture this kind of thing happening too. It is hard to understand how anyone could take over the whole world but read about Nicolae and it will be clear to you it is possible. Be ready for Christ to return. - it is soon.
