The first two chapters kept my interest, but then, I became bored. I hate it when I don't finish a book, but this was too dry to me. I felt there wasn't enough instruction on overcoming the fears. I also tired of all of the excerpts from other books. It seemed on every page there was another excerpt from another author's book. Call me picky, I just couldn't get into it.

I absolutely love this book! It gave me great insight on how I need to deal with my fears and overcome them. The step by step methods for choosing constructive responses are wonderful. Thank you Carol!!
