This is worth watching once, because whitle the story is interesting, tje interviews with the parents tended to be too long while saying the same information twice. Towards the end, I became bored.

I read the book when it came out .I put the book down 1 time, didn't want but when I picked it up again, I finished it.
The movie was great,to be able to see the little boy and family involved in it. I was happy for them ,I cried for them.

I read the book prior to ordering the DVD and was blown away by the story. I'm a true believer, therefore I felt comforted by Alex's story of heaven and also believe that God has something BIG for him to do while he is on this earth. I think this DVD very good and recommend it!

Whenever you read a preview or view a trailer of a movie, you may try to imagine how the rest of the movie goes. This one was different than anticipated, in that I had expected to actually see the boys' vision of heaven more as part of the story. Meaning you'd see him enter heaven and see what it was like, in their way of expressing/experiencing it. The movie more-so has the boy tell what he saw, which is still interesting, but I had hoped for more "heaven coverage", if you can call it that. Seeing it. Like being able to view someone's dream in a movie, that was what I had expected. I am not being critical, just stating what I had hoped for and visioned previous to watching it. The movie is very good, excellent messages throughout and in comparision with many other christian movies we've purchased I'd rate it a 6.5/10.

This movie is well done, but I wish it would have been a little longer so it could include more details. If you watch this movie you really need to read the book. The movie can touch your life, but the book tells more details of what Alex saw in heaven. Having read the book, it was helpful to see the actually people involved.

It holds your interest ... but I kept waiting for many of the details that were in the book. That way those watching could really believe this little boy. But many IMPORTANT details that were so exacting, were missing. That part saddened me, as it takes away from the credibility of the miraculous event! I came away with a so-so attitude, glad that I had read how amazing it really was in the book. In this case, I like the book better than the DVD. Sorry. Next time, I'll watch the DVD 1st, THEN read the book. :-)

THIS IS A GOOD MOVIE FOR ALL TO SEE THAT DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR IS A HEAVEN. GOD IS GOOD AT MAKING MIRACLES HAPPEN. THIS IS A REAL BLESSING. I HOPE ALL THE MIRACLES THAT GOD HAS DONE THAT THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT FORGET.

This movie is definitely a 3 teardrop/5 smiles wonderful story. You're going to cry 3 out of every 5 minutes, but at the end of the movie you're going to realize how much God has blessed this family & you'll rate it 5 smiles for the "I feel closer to God since seeing this" factor. It's wonderful. Please buy it & watch it. I'm on my 3rd time already.

A wonderful and amazing testimony of God's power and love for this family. The only thing I was disappointed about with the DVD is that there is not much of what God exactly said to the son Alex and of the miracles explained in the book. It is more of a general introduction to their account. Even so, a wonderful account of the faithfulness of God.

A tragedy with a wonderful & inspiring story. A message for those who have doubts as to whether there is a God or not. My son at 4, experienced a very similar occurrence. He was hit by a car, died, talk with with Jesus and came back to tell us about it. He was in a coma for about 6 months. This story hit home.Great DVD.

I saw the DVD tonight...2 hours ago...I will for as long as I live, be in Awe at just how Real the LORD is and how Good HE Is...and How, ALWAYS our Heavenly Father shows HIMSELF FAITHFUL in ALL THINGS...I feel humbled to honored to experience this account of our LORDS POWER. I Love the LORD so much. After seeing this, my Christmas gifts for my large family will be this DVD for each family...Wow ! What a witness it will be for all...Praise the Lord !
