I was tremendously blessed by the words of the 3 men who compiled this book. Their insight, and ability to effectively identify why men do what they do, as well as ways to grow and correct those deficiencies was great. There are very substantive chapters in the entire book, however the "prime cut" is located in Part 3 - Something powerful is Available, which speaks directly to those of us who are involved in the most exciting and rewarding ministry of all, mentoring and discipleship.
A great read for certain, and there is a very through study guide at the end for small group or individual use.
