This is a great book to get started when your daughter is 8 years old. I started a little later, but chapters 15 through 19 were the meat for my daughter of 12. The girls eyes will be opened to the challenges they face in their teen years.

A must have for mothers and daughters alike. beneficial for mums to read before their girls hit the teens, and then again to read with their teen-thus giving opportunity for open communication-some areas confronting BUT WORTH IT!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I reordered 3 copies to share with my 2 daughters and daughter in law. We will make it available on our book table at church also. Christian disciplines learned, practiced and shared are needed to revive marriages and families. Once marriages and families are aligned with the will of God...our nation will thrive again.

This is a great way to spur some conversations and strengthen the mother-daughter bond. There were some things I had never considered before about biblical womanhood and the messages we send our daughters. Also great to get the viewpoint from the younger generation! We've been using the discussion questions over a spot of tea, lots of fun.

This is the book I've needed to bridge our mother/daughter relationship. Great insights to issues not often addressed and so easily implemented. With every other chapter written by mother then daughter kept the content fresh and enticing to both myself and daughter. A must have in every sense. Deep biblical insight without being "stuffy". It's all there!
