I am very thankful my friend gave me this book. I rarely if ever write reviews but this book as impacted me and helped me in a significant way I really want to share experience in hopes that it could help somebody else.

If you are feeling a lack of peace, unhappiness, feel lost, or disatisfied with yourself or your life I would reccomend reading or listening to audio version of the entire book. Christian or not...my opinion is if you are open minded and willing to look at yourself you will walk away after this book with at minimim 2 or 3 ways/methods/practices/techniqies that you can start using that will help you start on a road to obtain peace, provide answers/possible causes of some of your problems and truly make you feel like there is hope things can turn around.

I am starting to see a difference in my life and it is encourging. Please just try to consider that you can always take something from good-intentioned-advice anyone gives you. You may not agree with everything anyone says but there is something to be said about learning from others who have more experience then you or successes in areas you may be struggling with.

This is not an over night life changing book/magical formula. I can tell you that it takes practice to change old unhealthy habits and thought processes but if you stick with it and keep practicing new healthy changes you will start to see a difference, it takes work but it its worth it.

i love this book. it is common sense and it is worded just like Jesus would have said it plain and simple for me to understand. i think this is the best book i have ever read that would help me to understand the true meaning of the bible.
