I purchased the New Testament Overview because I had studied the Old Testament lessons and they were an excellent review. The lessons are well planned/written in a way that anyone from Tween to Silver age can understand and work through.

This bible curriculum is fine and was a good reading level for my kids, but I would definitely say that it is a lot of writing for a 1st-2nd grade level. There are about 12 questions for each day, most of them requiring 1 or 2 sentences. My son would get discouraged and frustrated while doing it, and that's not how I want to start our day together in the Word. I am going to go back to an easier curriculum like beginnings II, and we will finish this book in a year or 2.
