I got this cross not as a memorial cross, but just a pretty cross to wear, and when it came i couldnt have been more excited! but once I opened the package, its almost like the clamp opening was glued shut! i couldnt open it at all! Finally I gave up and broke the chain, and put the cross on the new chain. pretty necklace, good price! but disappointed with the quaility of the chain.
