Bottom line is that at under $3/Bible the value is excellent. The Bible is not large nor heavy. It's a basic Bible at a reasonable price.
I got it so I can have several copies of God's word handy to give away should anyone want one. At that price I don't have to turn anyone away.

A good version with the sinners prayer of repentance in the front. It has good answers in the first few pages for the seeker. This is a great format for an outreach bible. Only thing that would make it more readable is the font size but it is that way so people can have an easy to carry with you bible. Maybe a new testament with Psalms, same version, same material in front as another offering from publisher.

I thought this particular bible was going to suit my needs. I was recently turned on to the NASB translation and really like the way it reads-- it has its own rhythm and flow. I like the trade-paperback size. The one thing that is making it effectively unusable-- for me at least-- is the type size. The print is so small that my eyes start to hurt after just a few minutes. Regardless of the lighting it is very difficult for me to read so I end up putting it down and reaching for another version.

This is the entire Bible in the NASB, my personal favorite for its literal style of translation, and includes a section in the front on how to be saved. It's like having a tract and the Bible to give away to the person who receives Christ all in one. The print is relatively small, which, on the good side makes the Bible medium to compact size, but which, on the down side might make it more difficult to read for older readers. It is still plenty readable and cannot be beat for the low, low price.

We ordered the Outreach Bibles b/c our church hands out Bibles to people who come for help. These Bibles were inexpensive and the entire Bible. It has been great to have an abundance of Bibles and not worrying if we are running out. Thanks for the great prices!

I purchased these to give away at a book table at a college campus and to have in my car and the shop for when the conversation turns to things of our Lord; if they do not have a Bible- I offer them one. The front references are great (when sad look at . . when feel like you were abandoned. . and the "way to salvation" type narrative.) The paper is quality, printing is even etc. My only complaint is that the font is very tiny, but, it's a trade off & I'll take it gladly.

A great product for the price. The paper isn't the highest quality, but for the price, it's really good! The complete NASB Bible in a small, compact edition.

This is a great little Bible. The font is small, the quality is good, and it sells at a great price. So why the 2 star review?
Foundation Publications once again has managed to slip in their own personal theological ideas into the Bible. This is a Bible and it should stay as such. They add 2-3 pages of a very superficial and watered down "gospel presentation" on "how to be saved" by simply "praying a prayer" and nothing more. A prayer to be prayed and a space to sign your "decision" and whala, you are "saved", like a magical formula. This is nowhere in the Bible, and has appeared nowhere in church history until the 20th century in the US. No, people do not need "help" by praying a prayer to be saved, the Bible never mentions this, but rather says "repent and believe the gospel." The plan of salvation presented in this NT and preached in many churches today is not the gospel which Jesus preached, but rather a modern counterfeit.
The book itself is great, the publishers own personal theological beliefs which are not in the Bible but ARE found within this NT, have corrupted it to where I would not want to give it to a lost person, lest they be deceived into believing they are saved by praying a sinner's prayer. I would distribute it if the heretical pages had been torn out, but only then. This is the gospel of Jesus Christ that is at stake here, and the precious souls of millions who need salvation.

This is just right for giving away. For the price you can hardly by tracts and New Testaments, but you can buy this entire Bible. The font is a little small. The main thing is that this gets God's Word into peoples hands, houses, heads, and hearts. Since it isn't expensive you can get more of them to give away.

I use these bibles in jail and street ministry. The print is extremely small and many people can't read it, but for the price I can afford to by them reading glasses from the dollar store to go with it.

This is a good outreach bible. The price is right, the text is small but not too small, and the NASB translation is easier to understand then the KJV which seems to be a common translation for outreach bibles, though I'm not sure why as the old english is hard for many people.
