I have led Bible Studies for a few years and I always have some who look at my chart book and say, "Oh yes, I want one!" and others say no. But the first time I use it for some illustration then, if you look at my order history, I have to order more and more. Then they start wanting them to give as gifts. Thank you CBD!

I am a graduate of a local Christian college and I teach a continuing adult Sunday School class on the Old Testament in which my own pastor, his wife and two other pastors and their respective wives attend. I have found that the Rose Book of Bible Charts, Maps & Timelines is a superb asset in my presentations. I usually do my own primary research, but this volume has not only provided excellent visual aids, but it has saved me a great deal of time.

I love this book. It has so many helpful maps, illustrations, interesting facts and insights into the Bible times. I've enjoyed just paging through it and absorbing so much stuff. One of my junior age kids sat enthralled with it last week and hated to leave when it was time. It's colorful and easy to understand. A very good buy.

I purchased this book as a graduation gift for a young man who loves maps and details but is rather unsure of his belief of the Bible. He is a fact based person and I hoped his interest in maps and timelines would draw him to looking at this book.
What I didn't expect is how much I enjoyed and learned just from a cursory reading of this book! I am now ordering a book for me and my family! There is a TON of useful information in this book that will help anyone in their understanding of how the Bible came to us, how Biblical events fit into world events. the different translations of the Bible, the prophecies that Jesus fulfilled, the different world religions, archeological discoveries and their importance and SO MANY other pieces of information that I didn't expect!
What is great about all this information is that it is laid out in an orderly, visually appealing sequence that makes you want to read it. It DOES NOT overload your brain with boring facts that are hard to comprehend and have no relevance to your life. This book is an extremely readable and usable resource that I think all Christian should have!

There is so much information in this book. It is loaded. So many of my questions that I have had about many things I read in the Bible are being and will be answered as I really study with this book. Very well done and colorful.

The illustrations are so useful for Bible classes for children (Noah's Ark) and adults (Jerusalem Temple & Tabernacle); things we have read about, but not seen. The timelines and maps are helpful to put things into perspective.
