This is a totally incredible book. The amount of research required to write it is beyond comprehension.If it is not a best seller it should be. It is very easy to read, something you would not expect in a book of this type. After reading just a few pages it made me stop and think very seriously about my duty to take much better care of myself than I had been doing...Thanks for this great resource to encourage me so effectively.Joanna Lasof

I bought this 'hefty' book, and at first why did I buy such a heavy health encyclopedia like this, as I have other health books on hand at home.But this has so much information, easy to read, with sidebars,quizzes, and notes to read further afield, with emphasis on 'preventative approach'. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a comprehensive guide to family health-with a Christian emphasis. Worth buying and adding it to your family library!
