Teodora M. Casiano5 Stars Out Of 5April 10, 2008Teodora M. CasianoThe Essentials Writing of Josephus it's a great book full of all kinds of historical information is a small paperback book but with weight on. I couldn't believe how heavy it was for a small book. It's a great book to have in a Christian library. I believe that every Christian should have this book in their library.

nahoo5 Stars Out Of 5Josephus at its bestOctober 10, 2015nahooQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5An outstanding translation and condensation of the works of Josephus. "The Jewish War" was especially interesting since these accounts were actually witnessed and experienced by Josephus. The photographs, maps, illustrations, charts, and sidebar discussions greatly enhanced the book. Excellent job, Dr. Maier.
