Review 1 for Love Finds You in New Orleans, Louisiana
I am a HUGE fan of most all of the Love Finds You books, however, this one was just average. I wanted so very much for it to be the very best but was rather disappointed. The story line was great and the characters were too! However, the author when using French words did not give the reader the English meaning. So you had to stop and look it up! I have read many, many Amish books with German words & they always have word translation either in front or back of book. So unless you want to stop and look up the translation or remember your high school French, or better yet have your French grandmother living with you, like I do, it is somewhat of a pain. So because of this I more than likely would not recommend it without telling them about this issue.
