I love this book by Charles Spurgreon, he makes you realize the Power of Prayer. I love to pray myself, this book reinforces The BIBLE''S view on prayer, how we should be praying without ceasing. You can also tell in his prayers that he recgonized the 'Down Grade,' of churches and he prayed for Christians not to turn their back on the Truth of GOD'S
Word, or lower the standards for the Church, it is a sacred place and we serve a HOLY Righteous GOD, and we should be looking forward to the Return JESUS CHRIST.

Thus far, this is the best book on prayer that I have read. The Lord Jesus is honored and glorified throughout this book asSpurgeon shows how true prayer is ordained by God to lay hold ofreal blessing through the access we have to the throne of grace through the blood of Jesus. "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous manavaileth much."
