Librarian5 Stars Out Of 5How Christianity Changed the WorldAugust 8, 2018LibrarianQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This review was written for How Christianity Changed the World.Excellent read. There is no other book that looks at Christianity's effect on the world and where we would have been without Christ. Not a dry textbook. It belongs on every shelf.

Shae5 Stars Out Of 5How Christianity Changed the WorldSeptember 17, 2023ShaeQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This review was written for How Christianity Changed the World. This is an excellent book. Every chapter presents a treasure trove of well documented, relevant facts. Each chapter could easily be developed into a book or several books by itself. I've purchased multiple copies to give to friends and educators.

Daniel Christensen4 Stars Out Of 5March 15, 2008Daniel ChristensenThis review was written for How Christianity Changed the World. With such a bold title one expects a great deal, and, although the book doesn't quite deliver to convince us of worldwide change, it ably shows how the Christian moral system has restrained the evil in societies such as the Roman Empire. This is valuable to discover and I thank the author for making this argument and doing so persuasively. One can put this thesis another way: how God has restrained evil in this world as he has shown he is in control and will carry out his will, using believers as he works.
