Very informative and rich in spiritual wisdom. Great for budding or mature prophets OR if you just want to learn more about the Office of a Prophet. All 5 Offices (Prophet, Pastor, Evangelist, Apostle, Teacher) are all important, but this book focuses primarily on the Prophetic Office and its importance in these last and evil days.

It sound Bible Doctrine and have gave it as a gift to others. It explains in simple terms what a prophet is and how Pastors can use them to further the Lord's work. It should be in all library that know that the five fold ministry is well and functioning.

Excellent book, it is simple and shows that prophets are part of the five fold ministry. I have read the book, and will buy two more copies. It does ahere to the KJV Bible, and no way goes against God or His word. Recomend this to people who are interested in finding out more about this beautiful gift of the Holy Spirit. I gave it five stars, it is accurate and very helpful. God Bless!!

As a student of the WORD, i was excited to purchase this book when i first found it. I had it for a while and did not read it due to prior commitments. In time, my bible college course on "ministry of the prophetic" started, i figured that this would be my opportunity to study and dig into this book. i found that it was not what i thought it to be. The author's presentation of the office of a prophet was way out of proportion compared to what the bible actually teaches on the subject...prophets are NOT an elite group of people, they are servants of GOD. What this book did was over-complicate the simplicity of what and how GOD intends for people to move and flow in the prophetic ministry and a prophetic community. Just because someone uses big words when they write doesn't mean that they are GOD's words...HIS words are simple and easy to understand, they are clear and concise. This being said, the book was not all useless...just most of it. No matter how hard someone tries, they cannot make themselves into a prophet, but the general understanding and feeling of this book is that one actually can make themselves into prophets...and give themselves titles for their office as well (like "Chief Prophet" and "Prophetic Superintendent"). If i had known that this is what the book was to be like, i would not have bought it...
