Not only is this book a must read for every parent, grandparent and guardian, it is also an excellent read and reference book for educators. Since reading and yes rereading this book, I have used many of Keven Lehman's approaches in the classroom. His style of writing and very common sense approach, made this particular book not only a great read; but a valuable reference book. Since reading this book, I have recommended not only this book but many others that he has written. The best part is, that his advice works!! I have seen changes in student behavior, when his advice is consistently implemented. Great book, and a keeper!!
