I can't believe no one else has written a review of this book! But now that I think about it, considering its topic, I guess I can see why. Justification by faith alone is a subject that seems to be falling out of vogue these days, and R.C. Sproul is one of the few scholar/theologian/pastors who believes along with the Apostle Paul, the early followers of Jesus, the great Reformers of Church history, the Puritans, the Pilgrims, a few evangelical Presbyterians and Reformed Baptists, that justification by faith alone is not only the clear teaching of Scripture, but also the doctrine upon which the Church of Jesus Christ stands or falls. The Roman Catholic Church forsook this biblical doctrine long ago and its priests and parishioners have been "in the dark" ever since.
Friends, no human being can afford to ignore this subject. It's, literally, the difference between life and death, heaven and hell.
Since I'm the only reviewer, so far, let me encourage you to buy this book, find a quiet place to sit and read it, and be prepared to have your understanding of the Lord's plan of salvation etched into your mind in a way that can change your life forever.
