This cap looked very nice when I received it, till I realized the material on the bill of the cap was frayed in two areas.
Speaking to customer service they refered me to the description that states cap is "distresseed".
This means the cap is supposed to look worn.....
I had purchased the cap for my grandaughter and customer service resolved the matter for me.
