Prior to dealing with the how-to's of the invitation Dr. Strett lays a foundation for its legitamacy by providing a history of the invitation event begining in the O.T. and ending in the 20th Century. This history lesson is most convincing, while maintaining a non-denominational approach. Strett's honesty in discussing the pros and cons of his oppinions vs. his opponent's opinions is most impressive. This is a must read for anyone who is responsible for the presentation of the Gospel message to a lost and dying world.
