This is an excellent tool for both personal and corperate use. I used this for leadership training to help staff better understand themselves and others. I do have some background in this but any facilitator can gain the necessary information from the book (purchased seperately). Also, I used specific sessions of the DVD for training. It was a fun and informative exercise for the staff. Highly recommended.
