Beautiful, but very delicate

This angel is lovely...but extremely delicate. I had to order it three times before I got one that wasn't cracked or broken. It was secure in the molded styrafoam, but for some reason the first two were either flawed, or couldn't take jostling in the mail.
However, CBD (as always) was gracious to replace the order with a new one.
