I enjoyed this story. I don't normally read too much nonfiction but was asked if I would review this by Smith Publicity, Inc. and am glad I did. Reading about what she went through as a child and then with her divorc was enlightening. It was very sad. It is surprising how well some people turn out even with a trying childhood. I am glad she was able to get through all of her troubles.

Hattie held my attention all the way through this book. I couldn't put it down!! I love the way you felt like you were right there with her and anticipating what might be coming next. Her unique way of bringing her past and present together was unprecedented. I was impressed with her realization of God throughout her life then realzing how He had been there with her all the time. Thanks Hattie, can't wait till your next book comes out.

What a compelling book! Once I began reading I couldn't put it down! When I first picked up Falling Into Place I thought it would prove to be the perfect book of redemption and restoration for the Native American population in my prison ministry. However, as I began turning the pages I realized that Hattie hit on emotional wounds that transcended racial, cultural and economic boundaries. God can use Hattie's story to encourage all people who carry painful scars resulting from emotional wounds inflicted during their childhood. God has placed evidence of His ability to heal those wounds throughout the pages of Hattie's book and throughout Hattie's life. I now plan to present this book to the entire prison population as a tool to prompt their desire for greater healing which comes through forgiveness; forgiveness of our sin through Christ, and forgiveness of those who wounded us. Thank you, Hattie, for your transparency.
