This series is a well loved series for the children and me!! This entire series is amazing. The author does an incredible job of being real about "Eskimos" and the traditional fear-based religious practices. She does this with such honor and respect. She also holds very sincerely that the Eskimos have truly not given their heart completely until they have given up their fear-based practices. She writes wonderfully for children to understand that Christianity is not a list of rules it's a relationship with Jesus Christ. EXCELLENT!! Missionary series! Our family will never be the same. We love them all!

I read to my 3 boys everyday. While looking for a book about missionaries to read to them, I found this book! My boys are small and very energetic, and the older two would beg me to read more even after an hour of reading! This book is really great, keeps the focus on God's provision for us and is a great adventure book for boys especially! The next two are a must read also! We would love to see a 4 th book in the series!

I bought this book for my 7 year old son who is an advanced reader. I am always trying to find fiction and non-fiction for him to read that doesn't have objectionable content or obscene language. This book was educational, engaging, and met all my criteria. My son has already asked me for the other books in the series. I am also eager to read the other books, as I thoroughly enjoyed reading Mik-Shrok!

My daughter suggested I get on line and leave a review, she liked these series so much. She is actually wanting me to call the author and have her write more!!! These series really got her engaged into reading this year! Thank you!

We read this book aloud as we studied about flight. I can't say we learned a lot about flight from it but the story keeps you engaged and wanting more information. Also, the trials and time it takes to grow new believers is very well portrayed here.
