It may just be me, but in person the color and style of the burgundy was just not what I expected. Nothing wrong with it and still functional, just should have stuck to the classic brown instead.

The best, BY FAR is the Wordkeeper Leather-edition Bible-Cover. Here`s why:
1. It's super-tough (leather).
2. It's super-quick it only takes a moment to flop-it: all the way open or closed.
3 It' super-convenient: when you flop-open the cover, there pen-storage to the left of your Bible and a large Bible Study Notes pad, at the right. there`s extra zip & velcro pockiets on the outside, too you can use those without unzipping or opening the Bible!
It even comes with hugh fresnel-lens bookmark (with cloth-loop stored in it!
The one you need is the Large size. The CBD Item Number for that is:
41318
To use this, click-once on the Cart, at the upper-right of the CBD scren, then enter that # into the window where it says: Search for a CBD Product with the Item Number.

This is a very nice cover, but there's just one problem: it zips the wrong way. The zipper closes bottom to top, and always snags my ribbon book marker. If it closed the other way, it wouldn't be a problem.

I bought this product for my Dad for Father's Day. He loves it. He likes all the compartments and especially the compartment for notetaking. It came with a magnifier, two highlighters and a pen (or pencil - can't remember just now). I will be ordering at least two more; one for my Mother and one for me. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a paper cover bible and realized that the paper cover would soon wear out. I looked for leather covers and was surprised to find this cover that had an extra zippered pocket with a note pad. Perfect for taking notes while studying or attending class. I found the perfect solution at a good price.

Definitely this product does have all the organization details described such as pens, pen loops, zippered pockets, note pad etc. However , I found it to be very unattractive. It has the appearance of cheap imitation leather and the color is a red which is brighter than the 'burgundy' image shown on the website. Moreover, the 'Embossed cross motif' is indistinguishable, looking like a damaged section on the leather.
(my old 'luxe leather' cover is far more attractive and looks like genuine leather.)
I returned this and purchased another style which I'm extremely satisfied with. Thanks CBD!

Very nice. I like the pad and high-lighters that came with it.
The zipper hides and you have to struggle to get it out, I bought some ribbon and tied on to it, problem solved. I also like the soft leather. We have two of them, we use them daily, and seem to be holding up nicely.

I have purchased several of these leather organizers in different sizes. They are ideal for travel, Bible studies; and keeping a Pastor and his notes together. The quality is very impressive, because in fact; one can't purchase a wallet or purse at this price with its craftsmanship. This is a beautiful book cover which will last at least as long a I will! The burgundy color is rich; the leather very sturdy, yet supple. The compartments for markers, note pad, etc. are incredibly handy--like having a portable office or library each time you open it. The price was outstanding--I got it on sale!

I love this product. It met all my needs for a Bible cover and it fits my ESV Study Bible perfectly. However, I do have one thing against it. It is not as sturdy as I would like. Within a month of using it, the handle has already ripped. The ESV study Bible is a bit heavy and the quality of this product is not sturdy enough for this bible. Also I wish it had engraved on it some Biblical text, either the full verse or the reference for a relevant Bible verse. That would have added to the attractiveness of the cover.
