Moody Publishers Christ in the Feast of Tabernacles

This book is written for Jews, messianic believers, and Gentile curious about the connection between the ancient fall festival of the Old Testament and Jesus Christ, and for missionaries evangelizing to Jewish people. This book is a companion to Christ in the Passover and teaches the history of the ancient Festival or Feast of Tabernacles, the meaning behind the symbols of the modern Jewish holiday of Sukkoth meal, and how Christ fulfilled Old Testament prophecies about the Jewish Messiah.

Over the past five years, my heart has been drawn to commemorating the Jewish feasts as Biblically directed and in ways that are in keeping with my Christian faith. This book was an outstanding help in expanding my knowledge of Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles) and finding deep meaning in it for my life and the life of my family and my Church.
The only thing lacking is in the liturgy provided for home use, as it is lacking the kind of directions that would make the prayers and rituals easier to understand. However, I did not buy this book for the liturgy, I bought it for the Biblical and Christian background, and it came out in spades here.
I do hope that the Day of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement get similar treatment in the future for this author.
I highly recommend this book.
