I have uses several of these skits in various churches over the years. You can do one or two every Sunday leading up to Christmas or do several of them and you have a Christmas Program. I've used these skits both ways. In one church, I turned these skits into a musical using my creativity. I love this book of skits and would highly recommend this book to anyone. (The Birthday Party skit is one of my favorites and it is a powerful way to remind us what Christmas is all about!)

Our church produced several of the skits in this book about 15 years ago. We loved it. The skits were well received and fun to perform.

I love Martha Bolton and I heartily recommend this collection of skits. It is a great source for groups who are just getting started or those who don't want a full length production.

While Martha Bolton is a wonderful comedienne and writer, and there is nothing at all objectionable about this collection of skits, I was looking for something with a more Christian/ Christmas message than these in this selection. These are, predominantly, what I would term secular, and seem more involved in the periphery of the season rather than in the true meaning of Christmas.
