By the guiding light of scripture and the gentle words of a mentoring author, Chester has creatively and carefully crafted this book to help readers assess and change areas of negative thought and harmful behavior in their lives. At the end of every chapter is a "Change Project" where he walks the reader through a process of HOW to work on the ailing areas they have identified thoughtout the introspective study. This book will bless your life and help you become the joy-filled person God wants you to be!!!

I was first exposed to this book through a Men's Retreat. Our speaker shared what he called "The Four G's". These were great truths that impacted our men in a great way. I returned home from that retreat and began to investigate these "Four G's" and discovered this book. Chapter 5 goes into detail on these truths, so I purchased the book. I began to read the book and knew that our church needed to be exposed to the truths from Scripture that the book points to. I ended up writing a curriculum that took people through the book and we used it with our 300+ adults that attend Sunday School. I have had more comments about this study impacting peoples lives than any study we've done in the 7 years I've been at this church. I highly recommend this book for individuals or groups.
