Kerri Mowrer5 Stars Out Of 5April 9, 2007Kerri MowrerI ordered and received this book very quickly from CBD. After reading just 2 chapters, I am excited about the changes that have already begun and will continue in my relationship with my 6-year-old daughter. Freeman has a nice style of writing that is easy to read and down-to-earth. I am so glad to be reading this book now - which Freeman says is the time to begin influencing my daughters thoughts and feelings for her teenage years. Freeman presents practical and simple relationship building activities to do with our daughters. (I've done some with my son, as well.) As a full-time working mother, I am always afraid of parenting literature because so much of it is geared towards the stay-at-home mother. However, this book doesn't make me feel guilty for working. Instead, it has already increased my confidence as a parent by showing me how to make the most of my time with my children. This book is everything that I was looking for - practical, easy-to-read, and extremely helpful!!

Filled with fun, engaging, easy to do activities it is a great little resource. We all need resources like this be honest we all get in a rut: our days can sometimes feel like one argument or emotional encounter after another with our precious princesses from God. I really like the Rave Reviews Section and the God, Mom and Me!! There is really so much stuff packed into this little book!Thank you Zondervan for this review Copy.
