Where golf has traditionally been the common ground to engage with other men and plant seeds of gospel truth, today that common ground is quickly becoming the pastures, backwoods, and underbrush of the hunting field, and the rock-lined banks of the fishing stream. The call of the wild is now starting to bring home more than deer meat and lake trout. This is "fishers of men" stuff all over again. This book is for the dad, the husband, the son, and the big brother who loves the outdoors and everything that goes with it. It's a book any Christian hunter would enjoy, but also as an introduction for anyone who loves the beauty of the outdoors. Inside are real-life dramas from the tree stands and forests floors, coupled with tips and strategies to get the most out of the hunt - as well as deep-woods insights into the Creator of nature and the Hound of the human heart.
