After trying several curricula for our Children's Church over the past few years, I stumbled upon Noah's Park. I couldn't believe the price, for starters! It was about 1/4 the price of other curricula we've purchased. I figured it was worth at least buying and we wouldn't be out very much money if it was a flop :)
I was so pleasantly surprised by such a quality curriculum. Great lessons, great ideas, great skits. It gives you freedom to deviate and make it your own, but what a wonderful foundation. I only wish it came with a CD of the materials so I could make copies or things like the puppet skit, or when I need to send the lesson to someone who is filling in for me.

As a small church with a Childrens' ministry that covers a wide age range we had struggled with adapting other material to try and provide coverage for all the children. Then I came across this material and it has been a true God-send. Now we are able to minister to all ages, including developing leadership skills in our older kids. The enthusiasm with which our children run out to their programme speaks for the effectiveness of the material.

I LOVE THIS CURRICULUM! It has fun bible lessons, great games and easy, inexpensive but fun crafts for the kids. The kids in my Children's Church love it. It keeps us busy the entire service with no "down time".

The Noah's Park Children's Church was exactly what I was looking for: for Junior Church. To keep the children's interest and to keep them looking forward to coming back the next week. It is well planned and orgainzed ; and down to earth.

This is a great curriculum choice to start at anytime of the year. I chose this curriculum because we started a children's church this June (so we started with unit 10). This is a great resource for me, a novice, as I gain experience in teaching, recruiting help, and organizing. It doesn't feel like I have to "re-invent the wheel" each week. Each lesson gives you choices of which activities to use (or not use). I absolutely love the CD enclosed especially track 10 & 11. I highly recommend that sufficient effort be put into training the park patrol kids and follow up with weekly reminders and phone calls. I will be improving in this area myself. If you go to the David C. Cook (publisher) website there is additional PDF downloads to get memory verse suggestions as well as the course outlines and various printables.

I think this is a great resource! We are a small group, and it works great. I had so many ideas, and ways of telling the lesson, that we ran out of time before I could do them all! I also liked the manual on how to train the older kids to serve in a ministry also. We plan on doing just that.
