I loved this video as I did all other Janette Oke videos. The acting seems like real life and very inspiring towards what people go through now as they had back in the Wild West era. I recommend this video for all.

I would not say that it is the worst one in the series but I would definately not recommend it!!!! Our family is waiting with great anticipation for the long awaited "LOVE ENDS"!!!!! The movie is filled with many unrealistic examples of life on the frontier. If you want your children to know what life on the frontier was truly like... DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE! Visits to town for a piece of pie...really????? Puffy blonde hair...that is ALWAYS perfect even when working on the farm!?

this is a heart warming story. I had seen part of the DVD on TBN but did not see the ending so I was glad to find the DVD and watch it completely and I was not disappointed,

Very cliche. The first movie in this series is grreat. The movies deteriorate after the second film in the series. Extremely predictable. Not much real Christian content and even somewhat problematic in developing a romance between a believer and a nice, handsome unbeliever.

I have all the movies to this but this one is not really the last of the series. It should be watched before the others I think. They are really good Christian based and nice love stories.

We really enjoyed this movie! Many times when a series continues on and takes a different approach, its pretty bad and very disappointing, which this one wasn't. The only disappointment for us was that there always has to be at least one curse word to content the viewers. Being a Christian movie this ought not to be, but it is, and that proves what is happening in the hearts of God's children in America :( today.

I bought this moving for Christmas because I loved the first 4 movies in the Love comes softly series. They were all wholesome good moves for the whole family. I was excited to get this movie but my excitement was short lived. About a 3rd of the way throught the movie the Sheriff says a curse word which for me ruins the movie. It wasn't needed and I was taken aback due to the fact that these are "Chrisitian" movies. Very disappointed!

I have collected these videos since reading the Love Comes Softly books over twenty five years ago and have found each to be Awesome. My young teen daughter is not much for reading yet but loves the movies and now my best friend is hooked on the movies as well. We both are at the starting gate to see who gets the next video in the series first. I love the spiritual message each holds. In books you can read what the person is thinking or pondering in their heart but in movies, the movie maker has to add a little extra to help the viewer out. No book and Movie is ever the same. I'll keep buying the movies as long as they keep making them.
