I really like the layout of this book & the topics are good. It may be great to discuss in a group setting. Reading it alone, however, was disappointing, as it didn't delve deeply into any one topic. The chapters are short to avoid creating more stress, but I found it too "light". It would be appropriate for a new believer or young person. Very few personal stories are shared to illustrate each point, so the text comes across as 'telling' rather than 'sharing'.

I have only read the first few chapters of the book, but would highly recommend the book if you are a "frazzled female". It directs your focus just where it needs to be on our personal, individual relationship with our Creator, Sustainer and Savior for daily living.
