This book contains some good points but much of it reminds me of listening to a seminary president who thinks he should write books. I enjoyed parts but others seemed like filler.

I have read this magnificent word that Jeff Irog has written. He takes Character development to a whole new level. Very insightful, thought provoking work that will help you to look at yourself more introspectively than you may have before. I am making this book required reading for the leaders in our church.
