I started on this after I had slowly read "The Anger Trap". I appreciate the Biblical slant as for me that is where my strength to change my anger problems. The authors work through many traits of anger and how a person can tame the anger and become an emotionally balanced person.

I bought this book a long time ago for my counseling library. I only opened it recently to consider its use for a friend, and found that the material applied surprisingly to the sources of my own depression. I have used the book to wrestle with some of my issues of habitual thinking, with astounding results. I am eager to share it with some friends.

The authors, who are not new by any means, know how to help you: discover what sparked your anger learn the difference between constructive and destructive anger learn Biblical ways to express your anger and deal with it before it gets the best of you and your Christian testimony. This book would be a great resource for group studies, and the price makes it even more desirable. I am extremely pleased with the content and the exercises designed to help each person evaluate themselves and write down their thoughts on the space alloted to them.
