- Recognize your true friends...those who support and encourage you--your pod
- Allow God to reveal pearls (mentors) in your own life and to refine you into a pearl for others
- Surrender yourself to God and accept the gifts he's given you
- Let God use you and ride the wave of his dream for your life.

I had never heard of this author before and choose this book at random for purchase. Great book could not put it down once I started reading. I will be purchasing for people at my church.

I had been looking for an intentional study guide for my girls mentoring group, this is practical, engaging, and fun. It is full of great ideas for helping young women discover their dream and destiny. I'm on the look out for the next book!
