The Normal Christian Life by Watchman Nee has been over the years the only book (apart from the Bible) that clearly expands, in the power of the Spirit of God, the depth, width and breath of the marvelous salvation plan that Christ purchased for me. If studied diligently, this book will reveal Christ to the soul in ways that will transform one's Christian life forever. I have been a Christian for 33 years and, over the years, have read, re-read and studied this book word-by-word and line-by-line and have grown from revelation to revelation. This book is like a house of mirrors where the deeper you look into it, the deeper you see the depth of the great salvation of God in Christ. I recommend this book to everyone from the new Christians to the most mature ones.

In 1974, I had been saved for eight months when The Normal Christian Life was recommended to me. I read a lot and this book rates at the top of any thing I have read. I have read it several times and have given dozens of copies away. It is a must read for every Christian, not as an education tool but, rather, as a minister of Life.

I call this book "foundation 101" for all Believers. I have and will continuously recommend it to all believers especially those who are new to the faith. This book really clarifies a lot of misunderstanding on the blood and the cross. The writer's exposition on Romans 5,6 & 8 is unsurpassed. I highly recommend it to all. Just be prepared for a change in your christian life.

During our morning worship service my Pastor said this book should be a part of every Christians Library and I ordered it that night. It is great my Pastor was right.

The Lord used this book to revolutionized my Christian walk. I really felt that the Holy Spirit is behind this book for eventhough it's made up of compiled sermons of Watchman Nee, they were knit together like they were preached to become a book. Watchman Nee's words are so anointed that they spoke to my heart and the biblical passages that He used are so powerful that they brought new revelations to me, my eyes were opened up as to who am I really as a child of God. The title of this book is so simple but I found the biblical truths revealed in here are so deep that they solidify my Christian foundation. I recommend this book to every Christian seeking the real meaning of Galatians 2:20 and most highly to those who wishes to serve the Lord through Christian ministries.

I first read this book 12 years ago, along with the Release of the Spirit, by Nee also. Second to being born again, reading this book was the most significant spiritual experience and revelation I have ever had. Don't be duped by marketing into only buying the "trendy" books and overlook this gem. This is a revelation of the true and proper Christian life.

Watchman Nee was given a view from the Lord that was fresh and clear in the Normal Christian Life that is seldom expressed today. This is truly a spiritual book which will greatly aid any who have started the spiritual journey in Christ. Thanks be to God the Father of our Lord Jesus for the faithful remanant to the expression of God thru Jesus in the earth. This book is a must read and must reread for the maturing/growing follower of Christ.

This is an excellent book to explain key doctrine found in the book of Romans. It took many concepts that I had learned in fragmented bits and pieces over the years of growing up in church, and pieced them all together to make a clear definite picture of Christ's redemptive work. (I had many "aha moments" as I more fully and solidly grasped the picture of my relationship with God. I've been a Christian for more than 20 years, and was blessed to receive good Bible teaching...but still, I found many concepts further clarified thru this book). I think I benefited most in the clearer understanding what the Blood of Christ did for me. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

An amazingly powerful and simple explanation of the core elements of Christianity--from sin to the crucifix to our purpose in God's kingdom and how to do it--a must read for serious Christians.
