I like the beautiful nutmeg color and its thin size. It is easy and simple to read and to understand. My pastor reads from this particular version when he preaches the Word and so I wanted to follow suit and be in one accord.

The only thing I was a little disappointed in was something I had heard from a few other reviews. The color is listed as nutmeg, and the picture looks really nice -- like a worn leather almost. The Bible I received doesn't have quite the same color. It fits more the raspberry description. It's still really nice. I just prefer the worn leather look to raspberry. Other than that, it's top notch. I really love the English Stand Version. If you're a fan, you may check out the NIV too. They're really close, but I may like the NIV a bit more. I bought an NIV today.

I bought this bible for a young man who claims to be a Muslim.I have not yet had a chance to give it to him, but purchased it, because of the design of the cover, as it might appeal to one familiar with Muslim artistry. I'm praying for the right time to present it to him.

I love everything about this Bible except that the color was not what I expected; it looks much different in actuality than how it is pictured so I was slightly disappointed. It is more orange-brick red in color. Other than that, it is a beautiful Bible!
