I bought the Bible as a gift for my sister for Mother's Day. She loves it. The notes really help her with understanding the Scriptures better. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good Study Bible.

I like the Ryrie Study Bible.(I have one in ESV) I wish I had been watching what I ordered. The Indexing is NOT what I wanted. It is outside instead of margin Indexed. Am not happy with it.

I was looking for an NIV translation and heard recommendations for the Ryrie study Bible. This Bible is beautifully bound and the Ryrie notes, maps and articles are a bounty of additional information to encourage a better understanding of God's Word. The bonus materials that were available on-line are a blessing to my studies.

I bought this one after giving my son mine as he went to college.
I'm very sorry that Moody Press isn't going to update the NIV Ryrie Study Bible to the 2011 version, and isn't going to print the 1984 NIV version any longer either.
Glad I bought this one before they are all gone!

This volume of the Ryrie Study Bible has been expanded with more content. I like the look and feel, and the font size works well with my older eyes. Also if you have a computer you have access to additional study and reference books to enhance your overall study experience. The additional electronic books are valued at $400.00 so the complete package is a no-brainer to purchase for yourself, and for others. This is a great gift idea, and I keep on purchasing them for other Christians and Seekers.

I have several Bibles of every kind ( reading, study, comparison, Jewish, etc) and several interpretations KJV, NIV, Jewish, Standard, etc). I love this one because it gives great insight into God's word. And because it's NIV it is good for the Church's Bible studies. You not only make items available but they are cost worthy and fast delivery ( I always get my items before the actual due date). Keep up the good work!

I am very pleased with this bible i would like the verses to be set up where they all are to the left i think its called verse based. The verses being in paragraph form where you have to search to find a verse as apposed to when they are set up like alot of kjv where every verse is lined up to the left is the only dislike but that is my preference. I am happy with the notes and extras provided in this study bible great for in depth study of GOD'S WORD
