Our women's ministry used this product this winter. We were able to use a facility that was in the woods, very cozy. We did an overnight and so there was lots of time to fellowship which was amazing. As far as the actual weekend we had designated a prayer spot for ladies BUT we failed to suggest it be a quiet zone. Ladies as they got up to have quiet time in the morning didn't have a real good place to do that. (we should have designated better). As for these materials they are mostly very detailed and helpful. The one downfall was for our materials person, she had a list of materials but not what they were for or how much was needed. Specifically we really needed some kid markers as well as permenant, but didn't get that figured out until at the event. Obviously how many women attend affects the amount needed. For her an equation of this much per group of 5 ladies (for example) would have been more useful/helpful.
I personally have not participated in another one of these "retreat in a box" things, and so thought it was very well done. The study of Ruth was good.
We had one lady with a wonderful reading voice that did all of our reading for us. That was a great treat (she was not a session leader either).

This is the second Group retreat kit that our ladies group has purchased. We love the easy to follow and fun features. They have done all the work for you which makes the weekend very realxing.

While the written material is as great as the other Women's Retreat Kits from this company, I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the "projects" enclosed. They are not of the same sharable quality as in past kits.

We are using this product, or pieces of it, for small ladies gatherings this week. Meeting for coffee and devotions at our church camp several times this week. Great info and love the music.

We have not had our Retreat yet but have examined the kit and read all the material. We excited to give our ladies the opportunity to have a weekend away to draw close to God and build relationships. The interaction and fun times will open the door for new relationships to begin. Thank you to those who created this retreat. Our retreat is scheduled for Oct 5-7, 2012
